Sandals Negril Resort Grand Luxe Beachfront Room Paradise Block - Review We always get a Grand Luxe Beachfront room at Sandals Negril so we don't hear the traffic in the morning.  We've stayed on the first floor of Paradise Block and this time the third floor. (5346)  I prefer the higher room so you can walk around without people strolling by your room.  I've heard others prefer the Sundowner block due to it's quiet section of Sandals Negril resort beach.  If your more active and spend alot of time in the piano bar go Paradise Block.  The Coconut Cove blocks are far away from everything and hidden behind trees on the beach.  If you want quiet and you want shade on your beach go Coconut Cove.

Favorite frozen rum drink recipes.

Pina Colada: 2 oz. white rum, 2 oz. cream of coconut, 4 oz. pineapple juice. Add to blender in the order given and put a cup or less of ice in with it. Start blending and add more ice as needed until you get the consistency you want. Pour into glass and float a little Myers's rum (or 151 proof rum) on top. Garnish with pineapple and cherry.

YS Falls (Black River): The best place to escape for a romantic picnic is along the coast east of Negril. Three kilometers (2 miles) north of the port of Black River, in a "Me Tarzan, You Jane" setting, you can actually swing from an overhead vine or a jungle rope into cooling ponds made by the waterfall.
