Welcome to Hilton Bora Bora Nui Resort & Spa, the most
luxurious resort to open in French Polynesia in the last 40
years
Need an idea for a romantic summer getaway? Take a note from
"The
Bachelorette."
On Monday night's dramatic finale of the "Bachelorette,"
Ali Fedotowsky gave the final rose to the sexy
Roberto Martinez in the lush tropical landscape of
Tahiti. And then, according to
HotelChatter.com, the elated couple spent the night in a
$1,000 deluxe villa at the
Hilton Bora Bora Nui Resort and Spa. The hotel is
located in the crystal blue waters of
Bora Bora and rooms typically have lagoon views,
according to the hotel's Web site.
It's totally secluded and the most expensive rooms, similar
to the one the love birds likely stayed, have private
jacuzzis. Most rooms include private water-side balconies.
Prior to the finale, some date activity also went down at
the Le Taha's Island Resort and Spa, an equally sexy and
secluded hotel in Tahiti, according to
HotelChatter.com.

Bora Bora… it’s possibly the most
glamorously famous island in the world. Bora Bora’s legends, mysteries and romance
lend an almost mystical dimension to its very name.
The island rises up from the
middle of the crystalline, multi-colored waters of its
celebrated lagoon which is protected in turn
from the ocean by a string of tiny coral islets.
Suspended between turquoise
waters and limitless skies, the Hilton Bora Bora Nui Resort & Spa nestles in a sacred
cove of white sand and majestic lava rock. Here you will find a sensitive blend of
authenticity and luxury - the very best of Polynesian tradition combined with sumptuous comfort.

Hilton Bora
Bora Nui Resort and Spa: "Best Hotel in Bora
Bora"
Laguna Beach, California
|
This was our second trip to Bora Bora and, hands down,
the Bora Bora Nui is the only place to stay. The
setting is gorgeous; the overwater bungalows are huge
and beautifully appointed. We had room service
breakfast every morning and the food was delicious;
lunch at the Tamuri Grill was equally delicious. We
found the service to be great; responsive, friendly
and quick. We went to a Polynesian show at the Club
Med and were horrified at the facility when compared
to the Bora Bora Nui. Others we met on the island
complained about their respective hotels; not clean,
poor service, lacked air conditioning, etc. We had
none of these complaints. Upon arrival from the
airport, the general manager personally greeted each
arriving guest and handed them his business card.
Folks, that's service, especially considering we
arrived on December 31, which was a busy arrival day
for the property. We never felt that the hotel was
busy, even though it was fully occupied; that's always
the sign of an excellent property. A few tips: bring
your own alcohol to save on expensive drinks, since
your deck overlooking the lagoon can't be beat for a
wonderful cocktail location. Also, we brought our own
Starbucks coffee and never had to worry about them
bringing more packets for the coffee maker.
This is truly one of the most beautiful hotels we have
ever visited, and it is only getting better as it
matures. Anyone who disagrees is crazy.
