With all the hotel/resort choices you have in Cancun, Dreams
will not disappoint you and you will be glad you chose this
resort. From the very moment you arrive until the dreaded time
you have to leave the staff and resort all were wonderful. We
arrived with the nice cold towel and champagne and the front
desk staff was very nice and informative. Our room was an
ocean view and gorgeous....the picture on the internet needs
to be updated...it is much nicer! The marble bathrooms were
very nice along with complimentary full size shampoo,
conditioner,lotion and even sunblock! The mattress is a very
firm one, but if you ask the front desk they will bring you a
mattress pad that will soften it up for you if needed. We had
a nice turn down service at night with a mint on your pillow
with a nice cozy robe. We did the all inclusive....the food
was very good....you could order from the menu in the
restaurants or eat from buffets(the buffets always had someone
cooking fresh omelets, eggs or pasta dishes). All of your
adult beverages were included...all brands, wonderful frozen
drinks. Your room service and mini bar were included as well.
What a great deal!!!! The property was beautiful and well
maintained with the staff working constantly to keep it clean.
A lot of activities for adults as well as children's. The spa
is just opening but was very nice...we did a couples facial
and massage on the beach!!! I could go on forever....this
resort will not disappoint you.

My husband & I
stayed at Dreams and we LOVED it! It
is a beautiful, very clean resort with a very friendly and
attentive staff. It was our first "exotic" vacation
but we both felt that this must be one of the most beautiful
places on earth.
We stayed in the Club Tower and had a very nice, very clean
room with a comfortable, soft bed and an extraordinary view.
It was very quiet there as we never heard a sound from our
room except for the ocean waves.
The beaches were great, the food and drinks were good. We had
a wonderful time and will definitely be back!
