Disney's Intimate Wedding Package

     For couples who are planning a small wedding, Disney's Intimate Wedding package may be perfect for you. The key here is how many guests you are planning to invite. The Intimate Wedding package is a great deal but it only includes facilities for up to 8 guests (eight guests plus the bride and groom).

Last year, for an additional fee (around $500), you could invite five additional guests for a grand total of 13 (plus the bride and groom). There was never any information about this at Disney's official web site about. It was kept quiet but many couples used this option.

If you have a larger guest list, you'll have to opt for a Custom Wedding.

     Once you book an Intimate Wedding and are eight months or closer to your wedding date, your coordinator will send you a very detailed wedding planning packet.  You'll get a good idea of the materials you'll receive once you book your event.

Intimate Wedding Packages

Where in the World can you have the storybook wedding of your dreams? Right here, in a fairy tale setting that you select. Disney's Intimate Weddings offer some of the most scenic backdrops for the perfect ceremony. Arrive in Cinderella's Glass Coach. Invite Mickey to your cake cutting, or keep it simply between the two of you. After the wedding, our vacation kingdom becomes your enchanted honeymoon playground. You can even combine your Walt Disney World© Resort wedding ceremony with a romantic cruise aboard the Disney Cruise Line. Whatever you choose itÕs destined to be your dream come true.

Magical amenities included with every package:

1. A magical setting of your choosing selected from five enchanting environments: The Wedding Pavilion, Sunset Pointe at the Polynesian, the Wedding Gazebo at the Yacht Club, Sea Breeze Pointe at the BoardWalk, and Sunrise Terrace at Wilderness Lodge.
   
   
2. Luxurious accommodations for four (4) or more nights at one of the following Resorts: Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa, Disney's Contemporary Resort, Disney's Yacht or Beach Club Resorts, Disney's Polynesian Resort, Disney's Wilderness Lodge, Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge, Disney's BoardWalk Inn or Villas.

7. A personalized wedding website. Launched once you have booked your wedding, Your Wedding Website will detail your event and provide important information for your guests. After your special day, it will display all your pictures and enable you and your guests to order prints online. The bride gets to choose from six color palettes.
   
   
8. Choice of fresh flower bouquet for Bride and fresh flower boutonniere for Groom.
   
   
9. Wedding Reception including an Elegant Two Tier Wedding Cake with keepsake topper and one bottle of Fairy Tale Cuvee for the toast, served by Host/Hostess.
   
   
10. A Violinist for ceremony and cake cutting reception for outdoor ceremonies. Events at the Wedding Pavilion will have an organist at the ceremony and a violinist at the cake cutting reception.
    
    
11. A four (4) consecutive hour limousine charter for transportation on your wedding day for you and your guests.
    
    
12. A professional Disney Photographer to capture your ceremony and reception. Twelve (12) photographs in a white, embossed portfolio album.
    
13. A Disney Fairy Tale Weddings Wedding Certificate.

An Intimate Wedding requires a deposit equal to one night's room and tax within two weeks of booking. The balance of the package price and cost for any additional guests are due 21 days prior to your arrival date.

Disney weddings can be tentatively booked 12 months in advance of your wedding date (based on availability). A minimum of 21 days is needed to plan an Intimate Wedding.

Premium Intimate Wedding Details:
How about a woods-view room at Disney's Wilderness Lodge. The number of packages available at the offered price is limited to certain times of the year, please consult your Intimate Wedding Coordinator for additional details. Other dates and Resorts are available at varying rates and times of the year. Disney's Premium Intimate Wedding Packages features all twelve of the magical amenities previously mentioned, plus your ceremony in Disney's magnificent Wedding Pavilion. Built on a private island surrounded by majestic Seven Seas Lagoon, Disney's Wedding Pavilion is a glass-enclosed enclave fashioned after a grand Victorian summer house. Swaying Palm trees envelop the solarium, which offers a picturesque backdrop of the glorious Cinderella Castle. Premium Intimate Wedding Packages feature all twelve magical amenities previously mentioned plus:

• A Wedding ceremony at Disney's Wedding Pavilion including an organist & a violinist. (Subject to availability and scheduled Monday through Thursday only.)
  
  
• Immediately following the ceremony, Wedding Cake and Champagne will be served at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa with the violinist providing background music.

Deluxe Intimate Wedding Details:
Four nights from $3,500.00 per couple in a woods-view room at Disney's Wilderness Lodge. The number of packages available at the offered price is limited to certain times of the year, please consult your Intimate Wedding Coordinator for additional details. Other dates and Resorts are available at varying rates and times of the year. Disney's Deluxe Intimate Wedding Packages features all twelve of the magical amenities previously mentioned, plus a choice of one (1) of the following locations during daylight hours (subject to availability):

• Sea Breeze Point at Disney's BoardWalk Resort - All the charm, fun and flavor of a Mid-Atlantic boardwalk is yours to discover with a ceremony at Sea Breeze Point; a quaint white wedding gazebo located just off the boardwalk on the shores of Crescent Lake.
  
  
• The Wedding Gazebo at Disney's Yacht Club Resort - Evoking the turn-of-the-century splendor of New England seashore resorts, the Wedding Gazebo is located within a colorful rose garden and welcomes couples for their special day in this lovely garden setting.
  
  
• Sunrise Terrace at Disney's Wilderness Lodge - Nestled within towering strands of pine trees, the 4th floor balcony setting overlooking beautifully landscaped gardens and Bay Lake offers a magical touch to this spectacular wedding venue.

PREMIUM Intimate Package Add-On includes ceremony at Disney's Wedding Pavilion, and reception at the Grand Floridian Resort. Available Monday through Thursday. Package price is $3,100.00 per couple.
