The non-binding ceremony takes place on sacred grounds overlooking a beautiful lagoon. Please visit their website for more information www.tikivillage.pf

The groom to be is taken by canoe to a nearby beach where he is tattooed (in felt tip pen) and then dressed as a High Chief. He is then returned to the village where his bride welcomes him. The couple is then decorated with an abundance of gorgeous flower leis.

The couple can be married in traditional wedding attire if they choose.

The ceremony is conducted in the Tahitian Language and there is an interpreter on hand to provide translation to guests. During the ceremony, the women of the village sing beautiful melodic tunes for the audience.

Once the ceremony is completed, champagne is served to the guests and the villagers entertain everyone with a wonderful dance show.
