There is a balcony with (2) iron cast chairs and matching table on the lower level. On the upper level there is another balcony with (2) chaise lounge chairs and matching table.

On the interior there are (2) rattan chairs and marble table, a exclusive “Heavenly” king size bed, a large white cedar dresser with drawers and a remote control color television, ceiling fan, and full bath with separate tub and shower, commode, dual sinks and vanity table, hair dryer and makeup mirror.

There is also ample closet space on the upstairs level. This category of suite can be made into a (2) bedroom suite by connecting the downstairs level with the double bedded room next to it through a door in the living room area. All (5) Grand Suites are on the 14th floor of the Hotel

To the left of the dining room is the living room with a ceiling fan, a large sofa, (2) rattan chairs, (2) glass and cast iron end tables with lamps, a large marble coffee table, a large white cedar desk with chair, ceiling fan and a large hand carved dresser which houses a remote control stereo and a remote control color television.

The living room leads into the main bedroom where there is a ceiling fan, an iron cast canopen exclusive “Heavenly” king size bed with 2 white cedar end tables on either side of the bed with lamps, a sitting area with large sofa which makes into a double bed for sleeping, a matching chair and marble coffee table.

There is another small sitting area at the foot of the bed with 2 black leather chairs and table as well as a large white cedar dresser with remote control television. The bathroom is very large with dual marble sinks, a vanity with chair, large jacuzzi tub, separate 4 head shower, separate commode and bidet, ample closet space and in room safe. The balcony of the suite runs the entire length of the room from bedroom to dining room and there is a small 3 foot pool on the balcony for wading. There are also (4) chaise lounges and table on the balcony. The 1 Presidential Suite is located on the 14th floor of the Hotel.

All rooms and suites in the Hotel have their own independently controlled air conditioning unit.
